Lada C-Cross…

When it comes to Ladas, it can go both ways. While the Lada Project C, looks like a nice car, sometimes the Lada designers can still get things quite wrong. Well, it seems like they have hit a jackpot with Lada C-Cross. Yes, this could potentially be the next Lada crossover. Since Lada is a Russian car manufacturer, the timing remains to be one of the bggest problems. Russian manufacturers often make one car prototype and tour it through car shows for years, before the car ever gets put into production, or maybe not put into production at all. Lada claims that they will make sure that Lada C-Cross gets on the roads in 2012, so lets wait and see…

Ostankino Tower, is a TV/Radio tower which stands in Moscow. It is 540 meters tall, and when it was completed in 1967, it had remained the tallest structure in the world for 8 years.  We had already shown you pictures of the tower which were taken by an airline pilot, now take a look at the tower at night…

Extremely Dangerous IL-76 Take Off…

This video had surfaced online, of six men pushing the huge AN-124 airplane which weights well over 150 tons. Many people in the online community had assumed that Russians are so strong that they don’t even need powerful tugs to pushback their airplanes. We had shown you the Ferrari, as well as a Rolls-Royce accidents, here is a Bentley whose driver had lost control of the car after forgetting to break for the approaching speed bump. So the moral here is to drive safe, and to always slow down for speed bumps…

Here is a very good Soviet Union cartoon “There once lived a dog” from 1982 which comes with English subtitles, so even if you don’t speak Russian you can still watch it. We also got a picture sent in to us by “fcouprie” which depicts a statue of one of the main characters from the cartoon which is on display in Tomsk, enjoy!!!

Illiterate Russian News Anchor…

We already showed you a funny clip of a Russian news anchor mess up live. Now here is a new one, this one is so much more worse than the previous though, since in the previous clip the news anchor simply misread the word. This clip on the other hand, shows a news anchor not being able to pronounce a word “Undisciplined”, she tries once, she tries twice,  then she simply ignores the word and moves on…
