These days in Russia, a lot of government officials are given special sirens and license plates for their vehicles, that basically puts them above everyone in traffic. If you ever drove through Moscow, you know how arrogant and full of themselves those government drivers are, (not mentioning that they are always speeding and breaking laws). Even though there was a crack down to reduce the number of government vehicles with sirens, there are still plenty of them on Moscow roads today. Here is what happened when two Government “officials” tried to pass one Russian driver who had clearly been fed up with them…

As you can see from this picture, when you are a member of Russian police, you don’t have to wait for the train to pass like everyone else (notice the sirens are off so it wasn’t an emergency either…) If it was European or American police on the picture, this would most likely make it to the news and few people could lose their job over it, but this is Russia - cops are untouchable here…

On one hand we don’t really like them, on the other hand, the entire police section of this website would disappear if Russian cops became more professional but we doubt they ever will…
Bribery in broad daylight, the uniform and honor don’t mean anything…
Someone in Russia is posting “They will take everything away” adds right next to the police posters and signs, we are yet to find out exactly why someone is doing that but perhaps because the statement actually does make sense…
