Actually, the 10th one is an impressive design for an emergency exit - notice the rung-ladder built into the side-wall. Open the door, climb the ladder and escape danger. The ladder side can’t be seen, but the tile on the other side suggests some sort of walkway.
Actually I don’t think many of those are shoddy Russian construction at ITS (no apostrophe!!) best. Several of those just look like something’s purpose changed and so they altered doorways and stairs.

At least nothing here is made from cardboard as are most of the buildings in the US!
