Early 1990s proved to be a very turbulent time in Russian history, a lot of guys were becoming very rich, very quickly. They were called “new Russians” and are responsible for developing a whole new culture in Russia. Red suits, massive gold chains, huge mobile phones, and of course Mercedes-Benz S600… Here is a picture of Nikita Mikhalkov in the “new Russian” character to give you an idea of what im talking about.
