this video is years old… this was filmed before Yuschenko was poisoned, when Kuchma was still the President, and Viktor Yanukovich was the Prime-Minister of Ukraine
(Yuschenko was just one of the leaders of the opposition)
by the way, if Putin just does not like candies, does not necessarily mean that he has some poisoning mania
