If people here in the U.S. tried to pull off those kinds of parking stunts, there would be many broken windows and towed cars. Though, I see lots of pic no. 5 and no. 10 around here. It’s not uncommon for their cars to be keyed as a result. I’ve even seen people pour their drinks and such into open windows of cars who park like this.
